The International Trail Symposim is coming to Portland on May 17- 20, 2015. The Symposium addresses every aspect of trails, greenways, and blueways. It is sponsored by American Trails every two years to bring together trail and greenway advocates, managers, planners, and users, as well as tourism and business interests.The Symposium includes numerous educational sessions covering the broad range of trail issues, internationally prominent speakers, a state-of-the-art, trail-related exhibit hall, informative and interactive mobile workshops and much more.
American Trails is looking for for volunteer help in set-up, registration, rooms hosts, and other roles during the Symposium. One of the highlights of volunteering is being able to attend one of the sessions at the symposium – which the theme is solutions for trails to be successful.
