JCWC is committed to using sound science to lead and drive the organization’s positions and actions. In 2013, JCWC will lead a collaborative, peer-reviewed process to develop a comprehensive and realistic scientific framework for the Johnson Creek Watershed that guides the actions needed to achieve desired future conditions and informs as to the amount and type of development the Watershed can sustain while maintaining key ecological functions.
In the meantime, we are conducting a myriad of monitoring programs with our jurisdictional and agency partners, and we are engaged in several citizen science efforts to gather more information about the Johnson Creek fauna and water quality. Read on!
