This includes two trips, 5/27 and 6/10. We’ve been working with Susan Hawes and Mart Hughes of PPR to eradicate this impatiens species before it spreads through the watershed. We’ve been searching out remaining patches and individuals before they go to seed. This is the second year of the eradication effort. Impatiens parviflora has been rampaging through British Columbia woodlands and we want to stop it before it gains a foothold in our state. It’s not the tall, orange flowered one, but a small plant with little yellow flowers.
