Still on clematis removal. I worked mostly near the spring pond, as there was a serious infestation here. The bigger, older vines had been cut last year, but of course they were beginning to re-take the area. It will take some digging out of plants, but for now the area is clear of vines. I also cleared vines near the beaver pond, There is now a series of ponds to the west of the original.
Lots of goslings and ducklings – spring is here!
